POSTAGE & HANDLING
Lowrider Sunday will endeavor to deliver all items within 10 business days in most cases, where products are in stock.
If an item is out of stock the standard delivery time frame will commence once the order has been dispatched.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
SPONSORSHIP & VEHICLE REGISTRATION
In the unlikely event that the show needs to be cancelled due to COVID-19 or any other uncontrollable circumstances both sponsorship fees and vehicle entry fees will be refunded in full or carried over to the following year.
Lowrider Sunday will not be cancelled due to bad weather. It would take a catastrophic event to stop the show from going ahead.
MERCHANDISE
Lowrider Sunday is committed to supplying the highest quality merchandise and takes pride in the products that we deliver.
Therefore returns for change of mind on any clothing items cannot be accepted, so please ensure that you are 100% happy with your order before placing it.
If you wish to request a refund or exchange for any merchandise that may have been damaged during transit, please contact us.
